Virtue Plus is a Kenyan Christian agency where we envision a virtuous society. Today’s society however is devoid of virtue in many of its echelons starting right from the individual level. The family unit, school systems, business platforms, entertainment spaces as well as the political arena are not any different. How then can we restore the ‘lost’ societal virtues?
This question forms the basis of our mandate: It is to nurture godly holistic societal empowerment and transformation through leadership development and publishing of life-giving faith-based literature.
Notably, leadership is an integral tool of transformation. It is through leadership that lives are influenced towards transformation at the different stages of development. At Virtue Plus, we therefore aim to achieve positive and godly transformation through our purpose-oriented leadership development programmes focusing on both personal and organizational leadership development. These, we are persuaded will contribute to positive societal transformation.
Likewise, we publish life-giving faith-based literature, as we are persuaded that the Bible, God’s word, is alive. It is this life that we seek to infuse in our publications so that it can ultimately permeate the lives of all those who interact with them. All our publications are therefore anchored on the transforming word of God.
Our motivation is thus driven by the PASSION and DESIRE to contribute to the transformation of the HEARTs i.e. people in today’s generation, whom we are convinced that they will in turn pass on the mantle of transformation to the next generation, ultimately saturating our society with a holistic legacy. To achieve our mandate, we work with individuals as well as organizations who share our values and motivation.
